Welcome to the Panadura Royal College Photographic Society website!
It is a pleasure to mention that Photographic Art Society of Kalutara
is up and running over a year now. It has fulfilled the most needed
photographic art society in the district. During the short history
we have achieved a lot in terms of training and exhibitions.
We are conducting classes in Panadura Royal College for photography
lovers weekly. Students from the region and the members of the
public are attending classes and workshops conducted by the society.
It is well received by the community.It is conducted free of charge
and welcome call for poor youths to gain access to this industry.
It is creating an opportunity for self employment in the country
while promotingas a hobby for the middle and upper strata of the society.
Exhibition in 2002 was a huge success and very many people from all works of life attended the exhibition and workshops. This year exhibition is an open event with following features. There are two categories mainly “Open Section” and “Student Section”. Every section will have two sub categories for monochrome and colour. Fujifilm has already taken the premier sponsorship for the event. This will be an opportunity to showcase your products and services for photography lovers if you are in the photography industry. The exhibition attracts students, professionals and amateur photographers from all over the country. We are inviting all the school in Panadura for this occasion.

Growth of this society will be a good investment for future of the industry as well as social responsibility to educate youth into bright individuals.
